Prize Description: All prizes come from Small Craft Solutions stock items, and a new prize is displayed on a regulary basis.

The Prize Draw promotion is sponsored by, Small Craft Solutions.

1. One winner of Small Craft Solutions will be selected by random from all entries with a correct answer, drawn from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Void where prohibited.

2. A new Prize Draw starts on the 1st day of each month and the deadline for entries is allways mentioned on the prize draw page.

3. To be eligible to enter the contest you must have an active account or create one with Small Craft Solutions via My Account, (this is to help prevent spam bot entries.) All accounts remain active for 12 months before being purged from our system. All current accounts are automatically entered each month. No Purchase Necessary to Enter. After you login you will be able to view the prize draw information box in the left hand column.

4. The Contest is open only to residents of the European Union. Employees, officers and directors of Small Craft Solutions, their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

5. Entries are limited to the following methods. Online through the form at this site.

6. On or about the 1st of each month, Small Craft Solutions will randomly select one (1) winner from among all entrants who answered the qualification question correct. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days, and the potential winner must respond within seven (7) days or Small Craft Solutions will randomly draw a new winner from the correct qualification question answers.

7. The Prize has a retail value of the posted value as shown. All prizes come from Small Craft Solutions stock, and a new prize is displayed on a regulary basis. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use.

8. Except where prohibited, participation in the Prize Draw Contest constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8a. All participants are automaticly added to the stores newsletter. However, every subscriber to our newsletter has the right and the option to unscribe from our newsletter at any time.

9. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve's the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by appropriate Antwerp State Court located closest to Small Craft Solutions, Antwerp; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Antwerp, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Antwerp or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Antwerp. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrant agrees to receive at least one (1) email newsletter to the email address supplied by the entry process after which the entrant may opt-out; after which the Name and address stored in the newsletter database will be deleted.
For the name, city and state of the winner and/or a set of Official Rules send a self addressed, stamped envelope to Small Craft Solutions. Willebroek, Antwerp B-2830 Requests must be received no later than 30 days after contest deadline.

11. The normal Terms and Conditions of Small Craft Solutions are applicable on top of all the above.
